Instructions
Place the gnocchi in a pot of boiling water and once the pasta starts to float, remove, drain and set aside.
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and brown the beef. Once the blood rises, turn over, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with bacon and finish cooking.
Once the beef is done, mince and set aside.
Warm the milk over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes and turn off the heat before a skin forms on top.
Mix the butter with the flour in a pot over medium heat.
Remove from the heat and add the hot milk gradually. Mix with a wooden spoon and bring to heat.
Keep stirring until it starts boiling again. Remove and add the beef and nutmeg.
Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and serve.
