Instructions
For this recipe you need to have oat flour or quick oats. If you don't have oat flour available, simply add rolled oats to a blender until you have a powdery flour.
To make the crepes, beat the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt.
Add the oat flour and beat again until well integrated.
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you don't have, use barely oil.
Once heated, pour half of the mixture.
Once the bottom part has set, flip the crepe and let it cook for a few seconds. Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
To make the guacamole, peel, cut and mash the avocado until creamy.
