    For this recipe use lean pork cuts.

    Cut the green beans and carrots into small pieces and shell the corn. Place in a pot filled with boiling water.

    Place the corn in a pot with boiling water and boil for 12 minutes. When there are 6 minutes left, add the green beans and the carrot.

    Once the vegetables are ready, remove them. At the same time, make a cross-shaped cut at the upper part of the tomato of approximately one finger deep.

    Warm the tortilla for 1 or 2 minutes in a pan over medium-low heat, fill with the previous mixture and roll up.
