Pan option: heat half the oil in a pan and, once heated, add the sticks. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until browned.
Chop the garlic with the onion and mix with the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well all the ingredients.
Make the burger uring a mold or your hands. In the meantime, reheat a grill over medium-high heat.
Once heated, pour some of the remaining oil and add the egg. Fry until the white sets and set aside.
