Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
In a medium bowl, mash the banana, add the honey, oil and mix.
Separately, beat the eggs, mix them with the yogurt and vanilla extract and add them to the first mixture.
In another bowl mix the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Grate the apple and mix it with the dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt).
Add to this bowl the wet ingredients (the first mixture with egg, honey and yogurt) and mix together.
Place the mixture in a muffin pan.
Bake at 410 °F (210 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
Remove and enjoy. If you wish to store them, they last up to 4 days refrigerated.
