For this recipe you can use traditional or whole wheat flour.
Mix the milk, egg and flour in a bowl until all the ingredients are combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the mixture in two or three servings to get two or three crepes.

Lower the heat to medium and once the bottom part has set, flip the crepe and let it cook for a few seconds. Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
Simultaneously, dice the apple and place in a small pot with barely enough water.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until the apple is almost soft.
Dilute the cornstarch in a little water and pour gradually into the pot.
Stir constantly until slightly thickened. Add the cinnamon and stevia and mix well.
Stuff the crepes evenly with the apple and fold.
