For this recipe you can use canned asparagus, or you can parboil them.
If you prefer to parboil them, place a pot filled with water over high heat. Once boiling, add the asparagus and boil for 3 minutes.
Next, remove, drain and set aside.
Separately, cut the bread lengthwise into three slices.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, add the slices, lower the heat to medium and toast on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Place 1 cooked asparagus on the bread slice and an arugula leaf. Roll up with the prosciutto strip, making sure it is well wrapped. Serve.
