If you don't have oat flour available, simply add rolled oats to a blender and blitz for about 15 seconds until you have a powdery flour.
Put the oat flour and the baking powder in a bowl and mix.
Add the eggs and the milk. Mix all the ingredients until you have a lump-free mix.
Add the vanilla extract and/or cinnamon and, if you want, you can add stevia.
Let the dough sit for 5 minutes until thickened.

Once heated, add 1/3 of the mixture and try not to spread it so much so they are thick. Let it brown for some minutes and flip.
