For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Cut the chicken into bites, chop the garlic and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Heat half the oil in a pan. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef and a pinch of oregano.
Once heated, add the beef and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Then flip, add the broccoli, cover and cook for 4 more minutes. Turn off.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan. Once heated, add the garlic and stir-fry for some seconds over medium heat.
Lower the heat to minimum, add the paprika, mix well and then add the rice.
Add salt and pepper to taste, add some water, the remaining oil, mix and turn off.
Season with salt to taste and serve the rice with the beef and broccoli.
