Cut off the ends of the green beans and cut into two or three parts. Cut the broccoli into small florets and, peel and cut the carrot.
Next, cut the chicken into pieces. Heat a pot over high heat.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and put the chicken with the carrot and green beans. Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat while stirring from time to time. Then, cover and let cook for 4 more minutes.
Add the broccoli, mix well, cover again and let cook for 3 more minutes. Turn off.
