For this recipe you need cooked chickpeas.
Heat water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the sweet potato.
Once boiling, add the sweet potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
At the same time, heat 1/3 of the oil in a pan over medium-high. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breast.
Once heated, add the chicken and cook each side for 4-6 minutes.
