Instructions
Place the egg in a pot filled with boiling water and boil for 8-10 minutes. Drain, stop cooking with cold water, peel and slice.
In the meantime, preheat a pan over medium heat.
Once heated, add the bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Remove and chop.

For the dressing, mix the olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Optional: Add a pinch of garlic powder.
Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
