Instructions
For this recipe you need cooked chickpeas.
You can use any spice you prefer. For this recipe we recommend you use paprika, curry (or turmeric) and oregano powder.
Mix the chickpeas with the oil.
Once mixed, add the spices and mix again.
Peel the apple, dice and add to the chickpeas.
Place the chickpeas with the apple in the air fryer at 356 °F (180 °C) for 15 minutes or on a pan lined with greaseproof paper for 30 minutes in the oven.
In a bowl serve the crispy chickpeas with apple, spinach and cheese.
For the dressing, mix lemon juice with mustard and stevia. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.
