  • Breadcrumbs4 tablespoon (56 g)
  • Sesame Seeds3 tablespoon (30 g)
  • Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese4 slice (100 g)

    Step 1

    Wash the quinoa, chop the onion and peel the carrot with the garlic. Slice the carrot.

    Heat the oil in a pot. Once heated, add the onion with the garlic, carrot, salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the quinoa, cover with water and take to high heat.
