Chop the garlic, cut the mushrooms in half and the bell pepper into pieces.
Clean the fish and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the tinfoil twice the fish size.
Put the fish with the vegetables, mushrooms and bay leaf on the foil.
Season with oil and salt and pepper. Add the bay leaf.
Fold in half and seal the edges.
Put in an oven preheated to 392 °F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes depending on how thick it is.
Once read, remove from the oven and serve.
