Clean the fish and add salt and pepper to taste.

Then cut the bottom part of the asparagus, put in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.
Boil for 3 minutes until tender. Remove and drain.
At the same time, chop the spinach and garlic. Then, preheat half the remaining oil in the pan over medium heat.
Once heated, add the garlic with the cut spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste and, if you want, you can season with a pinch of nutmeg.
Once the spinach has reduced its volume, remove from heat.
Chop the tomato and mix with the asparagus. Season with the remaining olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the fish with stew spinach and asparagus on a plate.
