Place the grill over high heat. While the grill is heating, season the beef with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the piece.
Remove when desired doneness is reached.
Simultaneously, cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and place them in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.
Boil for 3 minutes or until tender. Remove, drain and set aside.
Slice the tomato and place with the cooked asparagus. You can use cherry tomatoes or traditional tomatoes.
Season with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
