Instructions
Place a pot with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and cut the potato.
Once boiling, add the potato and boil for 8-10 minutes until softened.
At the same time, place 1/3 of oil in a grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the beef.
Cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Once done, remove and set aside.
Chop the garlic and grate the carrot.
Pour half of the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Once heated, stir-fry the garlic with the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
Once the mushrooms are tender, remove and serve together with the grilled beef, potato and carrot.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and the remaining oil. Serve.
