Peel the carrot and dice. Cut off the ends of the green beans.
Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt.
Once it reaches boiling point, add the green beans, carrots and peas.
Cook for approximately 6 minutes until tender. Remove and drain.
At the same time, season the fish with half of the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
When the fish is cooked to the desired doneness, remove. You can serve the piece whole or cut into pieces.
