  • Broccoli1 cup (90 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

Instructions

    Peel the carrot and slice (not so thinly.) Then cut the chicken into pieces and separate the broccoli into small florets.

    Heat half the oil in a pot and, once heated, add the chicken, salt and pepper.

    Cook each side over medium heat for 2 minutes and remove. Then pour the remaining oil, spread and add the carrot.
