Instructions
Place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the pork with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour half of the oil and add the pork. Brown on both sides for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
Then lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until done. Remove.
Remove from the heat and cut into pieces.
Simultaneously, make the salad by cutting the tomato into similar sized pieces and cut the lettuce with the bell pepper into strips.
Mix the vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste and add lemon juice and the remaining oil.
If desired, you can replace the lemon juice with vinegar.
Serve the bell pepper and tomato salad with grilled pork.
