Instructions
Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
Mince the garlic and add red bell pepper if desired and slice.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add half of the oil.
Stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute and add the broccoli.
Leave for a few minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Simultaneously, preheat the grill with the remaining oil.
Drain the tofu and cut into rectangles.
Once heated, add the tofu and brown on both sides for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
On a plate serve the grilled tofu with stir-fried broccoli. You can add red chili pepper if desired.
