Grilled Turkey with Cucumber Salad and Yogurt and Herb Dressing

Ingredients

• Turkey Breast200 g
• Lettuce1 cup (35 g)
• Cucumber1/2 cup (60 g)
• Yogurt1/4 cup (60 g)
• Parsley1/2 tablespoon (2 g)
• Oregano1/4 tablespoon (1 g)
• Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
• Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)
• Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

Instructions

   Step 1

   For this recipe, you can use any herb you like. You can also use spearmint leaves, scallions and capers.

   Heat a grill over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the turkey breast.

   Once heated, add half of the oil and spread. Then add the turkey.

   Lower the heat to medium and cook each side for about 4-6 minutes or until brown.

   In the meantime, cut the cucumber into slices and the lettuce into strips.

   You can also add some grated carrot.

   For the dressing: put chopped garlic, chopped herbs, remaining oil, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

   Mix well until obtaining the desired texture. You can add more lemon juice if it's too thick.

   Serve the turkey with salad and pour the dressing on a plate.
