You can cook this recipe in a pan or air fryer.
Cut the chicken into strips of the same size and beat the egg in a bowl with a fork. Set aside.
Separately, in a bowl place the oats, oregano, garlic, onion, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Place a pan over medium heat and once heated, add the oil and spread.
Dip each chicken strip in the egg and then in the mixture set aside.
Place the coated chicken in the heated pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Once done, serve hot.
If you want to cook the nuggets in an air fryer, place the coated chicken in the air fryer at 400° F (200 °C) for 7 minutes.
Next, flip the nuggets and cook for 2-5 more minutes (depending on the size of the nuggets).
Once done, serve hot.
