Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
While heating a pan, clean the salmon and chop it. Chop the garlic.
Add the olive oil and once heated, add the salmon and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 1 minute per side.
Remove the salmon and add the garlic. Cook for one minute over low heat and add lemon juice and chopped basil leaves. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta, the salmon, a little of the noodle cooking broth and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve hot. If desired, garnish with capers and basil leaves.
