Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water as indicated on the package for approximately 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain.
Place a pot filled with water over high heat until boiling. Meanwhile, make a cross-shaped cut on top of a tomato.
Add the tomato to the pot and boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, place in a blender and blitz.
Place a pan over high heat. Meanwhile, chop the basil leaves and slice the garlic. Cut the remaining tomato into medium chunks.
Once heated, add the oil, spread, stir-fry the garlic and add the blended and chopped tomato.
Add basil, drained anchovies, season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the pasta and mix. Turn off.
Serve hot.
