    For this recipe you need cooked lentils.

    Add rolled oats to a blender until you have a powdery flour. You can also use quick oats or oat flour.

    Preheat 1/3 of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, chop half of the onion and bell pepper.
