Wash the lettuce and set aside. You can use as many lettuce leaves as you want.
Heat a pan over medium heat. While heating, chop the onion and tomato.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the vegetables with a pinch of salt. Let stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Chop the garlic and add it to the pan. Mix, cover and let cook for 3 minutes.
Add the bay leaf, tuna and, if necessary, some water and mix well.
Smash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. If you want, you can add some onion, cilantro and chopped tomato.
Serve the tuna on top of the lettuce with the guacamole on the side.
