For this recipe you need quick oat flakes or instant oatmeal.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Whisk.
Add the yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix until blended and set aside.
Separately, add the oats to a blender and blitz for about 15 seconds until you get a powdery flour. Next, mix the oat flour with the baking powder.
Add to the bowl that originally had the eggs and mix until blended.
Oil a baking pan (10 inch/26 cm approximately) and cover with a little oat flour on the base and sides. Pour the mixture.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes and remove from the pan.
