Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
While the spaghetti is cooking, continue with the poached salmon: Place a pan over high heat and while heating, chop the garlic.
Pour in the oil, spread and add the garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute over medium-low heat. Simultaneously, season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Add a little of the broth from cooking the pasta and add the salmon. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add the cooked pasta, dill or herb of your choice and mix to taste. Let stand for 1 minute.
