Heat a deep pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the pork and cut into bites.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the beef. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
In the meantime, chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Add the remaining oil in the same pan and stir-fry each side of the mushrooms with the garlic for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Then add the broccoli, cover and continue cooking for 3-5 more minutes.
Once the pork is well cooked and the broccoli tender, remove from heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice and serve.
