Wash and peel the potato and carrot. Cut the potato into medium pieces and the carrot into smaller pieces.

Boil for about 8-10 minutes and remove before the potatoes are too soft. Drain well.
While cooking, dice the ham.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, non-fat yogurt, lemon juice and a little pepper to make the dressing.
In a bowl place the potatoes, carrots, peas and ham. Mix well with the dressing and serve cold.
