  • Banana1/2 medium (65 g)
  • Blueberries1/4 cup (38 g)
  • Pecans5 half (20 g)
  • Cornstarch1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Water1/2 glass (125 ml)
  • Protein Powder1 scoop (30 g)

    For this recipe you need cooked quinoa. If not, the following two instructions will show how to cook the quinoa.

    Wash 1/4 of the indicated quinoa with water, at least 3 times and drain. Next, place it in a pot filled with water (3 times the amount of quinoa).

    Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time until the quinoa is cooked and has absorbed the water.

    Dilute the cornstarch in a glass with 2 tablespoons of water and place the remaining water in a pot over medium heat.

    Before boiling, add the cooked quinoa and gradually add the diluted cornstarch. Stir constantly until thickened.
