Peel the carrot and dice. Chop the onion.
Heat half the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Heat the remaining oil in another pan. Once heated, add the tofu and brown its sides.
Then add the marinade and finish cooking. Remove from heat.
Serve the rice with vegetables and bittersweet tofu. If you want, you can add broccoli.
