Drain the tofu very well and crumble it with a fork until it has a texture similar to scrambled egg.

Once heated, pour in the oil, spread and stir-fry the onion and tomato with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Next, add the tofu with the turmeric and season with salt and pepper. Cook stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes. Remove.
