For this recipe you can use cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes.
Clean the shrimp, remove the tail and the black line.
Cut the shrimp in halves or thirds. Separately, chop the garlic and cilantro and dice the tomato.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, reduce the heat to medium and add the oil, garlic and shrimp.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the ground chili.
