Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Meanwhile, peel the shrimp, remove the black line from the tail and wash.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, chop the garlic and cut the tomato into chunks. You can also use cherry tomatoes.
Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread and add the shrimp with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 3 minutes, turn off and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan, add the garlic and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the tomato, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until it releases its juices. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
Add the basil leaves, stir and turn off.
Place the pasta, vegetables and shrimp on a plate.
