  • Lettuce2 cup (70 g)
  • Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
  • Cucumber1/4 cup (30 g)
  • Olive Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

    First, place the soy meat in a big bowl and cover with hot water (almost boiling), to hydrate.

    Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce for better flavor. Let cook for 10 minutes until it duplicates its size.

    In the meantime, chop the onion and heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, put half the oil and spread.

    Put the onion, add salt and pepper to taste and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Turn off.

    Once ready, pour the textured soy protein in the pan and let cook for 10-12 minutes while stirring from time to time. Season with salt and pepper.
