Instructions
Boil water with a bit of salt. Once boiling, add the broccoli previously cut into pieces.
Boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
In the meantime, drain the tofu and dice.
Chop the garlic and cut the tomato and carrot into pieces.
Preheat a deep pan with half the oil. Add the garlic, tomato, carrot, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then increase the heat a bit, pour the oil and add the tofu.
Cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
Add the cooked broccoli, the tomato sauce and season to taste. Let cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat and serve.
