Vegan Protein Oatmeal Bowl with Strawberries and Blueberries

Ingredients

• Oats12 tablespoon (120 g)
• Water1 glass (250 ml)
• Protein Powder1.5 scoop (45 g)
• Strawberries1 cup (150 g)
• Blueberries1 cup (150 g)
• Stevia2 packet (2 g)

   You can cook this recipe in the microwave or on the stove.

   Microwave option: In a bowl place the oats together with the water, mix well and microwave for 2 or 3 minutes.

   Then add the stevia and soy protein. If necessary, add a little more water.

   Optional: Add cinnamon and/or vanilla extract.

   Stove option: Place oats and water in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly for approximately 3-4 minutes until boiling.

   Once the oats have absorbed some of the liquid, mix with the stevia and soy protein.

   If necessary, add more water and turn off.

   Meanwhile, slice the strawberries.

   Once done, pour the protein oatmeal in a bowl, add the strawberries and blueberries.

    Remember that you can use stevia or the sweetener of your choice, such as, monk fruit, xylitol, sucralose, erythritol, etc.
