For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Preheat a pan over high heat and add the oil. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and half the onion.
Once heated, add the garlic and onion and stir-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the beans and add a little water and salt and pepper to taste. Stir, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and uncover. Use a potato masher or a fork to mash half of the beans until you reach the desired consistency.
Continue cooking for 3 more minutes. Meanwhile, chop the cilantro. Remove from heat and add the chopped cilantro.
For the mango salad, dice the tomato and the remaining half of the onion. Season with half of the lime juice, salt and pepper.
For the guacamole, mash the avocado in a bowl and season with the remaining lime juice, salt and pepper.
Separately, warm the tortillas over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Assemble the tacos. Top the tortillas with the beans and mango salad. Serve with the avocado on the side.
