  • Mango1 cup (170 g)
  • Chia Seeds1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Peanut Butter1/2 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Oats2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Coconut Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)

    Step 1

    For the pudding: Mix the chia with 1/3 of the almond milk. If you want, you can add vanilla extract and stevia to taste.

    For the smoothie: You will need 2/3 of the mango to be frozen. If you want, you can also freeze the remaining almond milk.

    In the blender put the rest of the almond milk and mango. Optional: You can use stevia to sweeten.

    Blend everything for about 1 minute or until integrated.

    Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the coconut oil (or the one you have), add the oats and brown.

    If you want, you can add stevia and/or cinnamon. Be careful it doesn't burn and, once ready, turn off.

    Pour in a mug and add the chia pudding, the remaining mango, peanut butter and coconut.
