    Peel and dice the potato. Put in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 10-12 minutes until soft.

    Cut the upper part of the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Then take the bell pepper to the microwave for 7 minutes or to the oven for 8 minutes over 356 °F (180 °C).
