  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Spinach1 cup (30 g)
  • BBQ Sauce1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Parsley1 tablespoon (4 g)

Instructions

    Step 1

    Put water in a pot over high heat until it boils. In the meantime, peel and cut the potato into small pieces.

    Finely chop the onion and mix with the beef. Add salt and pepper, parsley and shape the meatballs.

    Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes and let boil for 10 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.

    In the meantime, heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour the oil and add the meatballs. Cook each side for 2 minutes over medium heat.

    Add the bbq sauce and water (twice the sauce amount). Mix, cover and let cook for 10 minutes.

    In the meantime, mash the potato with a fork and mix with milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Add the spinach and mix.
