Instructions
Peel and slice the potatoes (not so thickly). If you want, you can use the potatoes with their peel.
Put the potatoes in a baking tray and spread. Then spread half of the oil and salt and pepper on top.
Bake over 356°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes. You can also cook it in the air fryer over 356°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to the fish and then half the lemon juice.
Once the potatoes are browned, add the fish. Cook for 10-12 more minutes. If you use the air fryer, do it for 8-10 minutes.
Once the potatoes and salmon are cooked, remove.
For the salad, slice the tomato and add clean basil leaves.
Season the salad with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate.
