    First wash and cut the potato into not so big wedges, so the cooking process is not so long. Optional: You can leave the peel if you want.

    Put the potatoes on a baking tray and add the grated garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and black pepper on top. Bake for 20 minutes over 356°F (180°C) or cook them in the air fryer.

    In the meantime, cut the tomato into pieces and add salt and pepper to tha salmon. Add rosemary to the fish.

    Once the potatoes are browned, add the tomatoes and salmon to the tray. Bake for 10 minutes.
