  • Green Beans3/4 cup (75 g)
  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)

    Put water in a pot over high heat until it boils. In the meantime, cut off the ends of the green beans.

    If you use a thick potato instead of a long one, cut lengthwise in thirds and then into thin slices.

    Soak half the potatoes in oil and skewer. Take it to the oven for 20 minutes over 392 °F (200 °C).

    After 15 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and continue baking.

    Once the water is boiling, add the green beans and let boil for 6 minutes. Remove, drain and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
