Once the water comes to a boil, add the potato. Let it boil for 8-10 minutes, until it is soft but not falling apart. Drain.
At the same time, place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the beef with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add a little oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the piece.
Remove when desired doneness is reached.

Brown for 2 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove, set aside and add chopped parsley on top.
For the salad, cut the lettuce and season with lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
