For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Shred the cabbage and chop the garlic.
Dice the chicken. Put in a bowl and season with half the soy sauce.
Heat half the oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper. Set aside.
