  • Ground Beef150 g
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Carrot1 medium (60 g)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Vegetable Broth1/4 cup (60 g)
  • Garlic Paste1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Paprika1/2 teaspoon (2 g)

Instructions

    Step 1

    Cook the cabbage leaf in boiling water and boil for 2 minutes. Remove, drain well and set aside.

    Place a pot over medium heat. While heating, chop the onion with the garlic, peel the carrot and grate.

    Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread, add the ground beef and the chopped garlic.

    Let it reduce and let the vegetables release their juices. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
