Cook the cabbage leaf in boiling water and boil for 2 minutes. Remove, drain well and set aside.
Place a pot over medium heat. While heating, chop the onion with the garlic, peel the carrot and grate.
Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread, add the ground beef and the chopped garlic.
Cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally until browned. Season with salt and pepper and paprika.
Stuff each cabbage leaf with the mixture. Seal as shown in the picture and set aside.
For the sauce: Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Once heated, add the onion and the carrot.
Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes. Next, season with the garlic paste or powder and add the broth.
Let it reduce and let the vegetables release their juices. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve the cabbage rolls on a plate and pour the carrot sauce on top.
